We, Carmen Augelli and Velta Pocs have been partners of Home Team Rockford since the year 2000. We formed our partnership out of a desire to help people fulfill their real estate needs in a truly professional, ethical and genuine manner.
With our love for nature and the outdoors, we have developed a special niche in the real estate market…rural properties. Carmen has become a well-versed expert of soil types, crop yields and land and timber use. He is also licensed in Wisconsin. With many years of experience, we specialize in the marketing of equestrian, recreational land, farms and hobby farms throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
Both as current residents of the Rockford, IL area and Velta, having lived and raised her own family in the region, is familiar with and has many connections to the area. Velta has lived in an historic neighborhood for close to 30 years and lives in a home herself that’s well over 100 years old. Her love for and knowledge of architecture, interior design and staging, makes her readily able to assist any seller prepare their home for market.
To best serve our clients, we are members of three multiple listing services spanning Northern Illinois and Wisconsin. Moving out of the area?
