We, Carmen Augelli and Velta Pocs have been partners of Home Team Rockford since the year 2000. We formed our partnership out of a desire to help people fulfill their real estate needs in a truly professional, ethical and genuine manner.

Carmen has become a well-versed expert of soil types, crop yields and land and timber use. He is also licensed in Wisconsin. Both as current residents of the Rockford, IL area and Velta, having lived and raised her own family in the region, is familiar with and has many connections to the area. Velta has lived in an historic neighborhood for close to 30 years and lives in a home herself that’s well over 100 years old. Her love for and knowledge of architecture, interior design and staging, makes her readily able to assist any seller prepare their home for market.
